Obtained ISO 45001, certification for business continuity strengthening plan (2019関継強単第１２３８号)

DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT

We are working to create an environment where diverse human resources (women, foreigners, the elderly) can play an active role.

As of 2022.1, our female employee ratio is 40% or more, and the foreign employee ratio is 50% or more. We will improve the ratio of female employees and the ratio of foreigners toward 2030.
